Bathroom and kitchen showed signs of neglect, with mold on the ceiling and an unclean dishwasher. Additionally, the sofa bed was worn out and uncomfortable, leading to poor sleep quality. I found the breakfast lacking in variety and freshness, with limited options that didn't justify the price. Navigation within the hotel felt awkward due to its layout, and the elevators were cramped, making it a hassle during busy times.
